I arrived in England 3 weeks ago and i would like find a place to play poker in Abingdon, Oxford or London. I play holdem and Omaha and I would like to know where is the better place to play nl or plo100 regardings the rake.

Ha, I also live in Oxford.
Unfortunately no Casino in Oxford (I'm sure you have noticed) though there is an Oxford University Poker society that are very friendly and you can find them on FB (game is considerably smaller than you are looking for though.)
The closest Casino is Reading and 3rd party reports suggests that it gets steady games together at the weeknds and the play is soft but the atmosphere is some what lacking. Rake?
London offers a lot more variety and juicier action.
For my money the 1/2 400 max (rake 5% cap £10) @ The Empire Casino (Leciester Square) is the biggest softest 1/2 game in London and they have tables 24/7 365.
Fox Poker Club offer cash and good value low buy-in tournaments and they are also near Leciester Square. Rake at 1/2 table same as Empire. Also offer a 1/1 200mx game 10% rake cap £5
There are loads of great spots in London. Go to any one of them and the locals will let you know all the hot spots. As I live outside of London I can only give reports of those I visit regularly which is also dictated by ease of access.
Enjoy Oxford its a beautiful city even if lacking in poker action.
