Readless. Is this shove ok or abit too loose/early. Rather wait better spots/hands with our stack?

MP3: 4,943 (49.4 bb)
CO: 2,800 (28 bb)
BTN: 6,565 (65.7 bb)
SB: 1,784 (17.8 bb)
BB: 3,046 (30.5 bb)
UTG+1: 4,479 (44.8 bb)
UTG+2: 3,345 (33.5 bb)
MP1: 2,610 (26.1 bb)
Hero (MP2): 2,960 (29.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with J♣ J♥
2 folds, MP1 raises to 250, Hero raises to 2,950 and is all-in, 5 folds, MP1 calls 2,350 and is all-in

Flop: (5,440) T♠ J♦ 8♦ (2 players, 2 are all-in)
Turn: (5,440) 9♥ (2 players, 2 are all-in)
River: (5,440) 2♠ (2 players, 2 are all-in)

A bit deep (30bb) for 3-bet shove, I RC here, so they can cold 4-bet shove/MP1 4-bet wide.

This! JJ is definitely good enough to go with, but we should 3bet/call instead of shoving so our opponent can commit with worse hands.
