Pre-flop: (6 players) unluckywarrior is BB with J♠ A♠
UTG raises, 4 folds, unluckywarrior calls.

Flop: A♦ 9♥ T♦ (4.4SB, 2 players)
unluckywarrior checks, UTG bets, unluckywarrior raises, UTG calls.

I cap the Flop IP because that u gain more if villiain raises the turn again.

Turn: 4♠ (4.2BB, 2 players)
unluckywarrior bets, UTG raises, unluckywarrior 3-bets, UTG caps, unluckywarrior calls.

standard, or overplayed even against a LAG?

River: K♠ (12.2BB, 2 players)
unluckywarrior checks, UTG bets, unluckywarrior calls.

Results:
Final pot: 14.2BB

* Hand 2 **
Villiain passiv for 5/10 standards, but still reasonably aggressive.

Pre-flop: (6 players) unluckywarrior is Button with K♣ A♠
UTG raises, UTG+1 folds, CO 3-bets, unluckywarrior caps, 2 folds, UTG calls, CO calls
Flop: 9♦ 3♦ A♦ (13.4SB, 3 players)
UTG bets, CO calls, unluckywarrior raises, UTG 3-bets, CO folds, unluckywarrior caps, UTG calls.

Call Flop3bet, Raise turn IP?
Turn: 5♣ (11.2BB, 2 players)
UTG checks, unluckywarrior bets, UTG raises, unluckywarrior calls.
If I do so, I would have to fold against a 3bet in a monster pot.
River: T♥ (15.2BB, 2 players)
UTG bets, unluckywarrior calls.

Results:
Final pot: 17.2BB

* Hand 3 *****

1) Your desrcibtion fits to hand 2). Is the preflop read to hand 2) as well or is this correct for hand 1)? I would 3-bet preflop with AJs against an MP2 raise.
After playing a valueline against you I don't see a 3-bet against him. Especially if you know him as rather passive.

2) I don't fear a flush nor a set here to soon so I don't fear a 3-bet on the turn to much as well. So go with the standard call flop, raise turn line. Folding is no option as you already noticed but always thinking about the worst will make you weak.

3) Was this a 3-bet preflop for deception? I just fold this preflop.
The rivercard is no good card for him nor for you. He can't hope that you fold much as no draw from the flop came in so he might check behind. Additional he will check behind A-high as he has showdoenvalue.
I bet/call this because of the reasons above.

O, i messed up the comments... :(

1) Villain is a LAG, a really horrible one, that's why I play that way.

2) Villiain is passive.

Comments should be right by now :)

1) Hmm so was your preflop call for deception? (I don't like this deception very much as you may notice. ^^)

2) I really not sure if the standardline wouldn't be better anyway. You lose a bit value with capping the flop but my spare it if he really has a strong hand. On the other hand you may save money if you calldown to bad turncards.
If he is so passive that he checks the turn into you too often then it's ok for sure.
