Very bad play I think. But how should I play this hand?? Next time I never want to call the river because I beat nothing here that bets. Prob I have to 3bet pre and play bet/fold on the flop.

Hi,

3-bet pre-flop is one option, but since UTG+1 range is generally tighter than KQs then I´m also fine calling.
I would personally just folded on the turn- there can´t really be too many good cards besides Kx and very often you´re dominated buy AK, AA, flushes or boats. River is clear fold- even if BB is somehow bluffing then UTG very likely at least have there Ax

best regards,
