I have a problem that I can't use tracker anymore.. The reason is that PostgreSQL database is not properlly installed and I didn't manage to reinstall it.. Maybe someone could give me any advices how to clear all old registers that is left on mine computer?
First piece of advice:
Don't Panic!
If you do, there might be a problem - even if there was no big problem to begin with!
Can you describe the problem in more detail?

When I launch HE2 it writes that it cannot connect to database server same goes to PT3. If I remember right I have deleted PostgreSQL manually not via uninstall program. Just all problem is how to restore properly PostgreSQL database, how to delete all stuff that is left in mine computer.
First check in the "Task Manager" if postgresql is running. (There should be a bunch processes under that name.)
It sounds like the postgresql service isn't running...

Solutions:
1. Reboot your computer
2. If that doesn't help look for the hidden system file postmaster.pid in the postgresql data folder, delete it and reboot your computer again.
3. Check the postgresql service in the windows services (control panel->administration). Sometimes it helps to change the Logon As.. to "local system account"
4. Check our FAQ:
