Hey veriz,

Villains:
MP played like 22/19 over 30 hands.
BTN is a 22/18 reg

1) What do we do in this spot by default? Always squeeze broke vs unknowns?
2) What about his sizing? I levelled myself and thought he could make it that small to make it look like he is strong... But he was effectively strong with KK

Hello Farmarchist,

Standard spot to Squeeze/Fold, don't really see any reason to Squeeze/Broke here. What worse hands do you see them having here which go broke? :)

Sizing could easily be just $6 and having a plan to fold to further actions.

Best Regards.

Why is this a std sqz/fold spot? I don't understand at all. :O

If villain is CO then std sqz/broke? It would be a better spot you to sqz bluff then this.

You don't expect him to 4bet bluff here?

Thanks

You are showing quite some strength and since you block a/k it's less likely for villain to 4bet bluff, since he would like to do this with a blocker. Ofcourse we do squeeze preflop since we are ahead on their range, sitting oop en trying to get value. If villain 4bets and we don't have reads we should just give him respect in this situation.

Obvious that he is able to do that but without reads we can't assume that be true ALWAYS. And assuming the go-broke range of MP here is going to be strong we can't go broke profitable enough in long run.
