Did I get the best value out of this hand?

MP3 was 15/11/5.5 over 446 hands
BTN was 14/12/3.3 over 908 hands

as they are both tight and also shortstacked you made the correct move here. Actually BU played pretty bad 3-betting almost 1/3 of his stack and then folding to a 4-bet. In most of the cases you would get called and be ahead 97 % of cases (exception if one of them has aces). Calling here doesn't make much sense since they might go all-in on an ace high flop putting you into a difficult situation.
IMO you made the best decision

Nah, just pick the easiest way to play it. Don't slowplay cause with it you just give MP3 good odds to call and which we don't want to. Nice hand!
