as you can see my opponent here puts me on a pure bluff steal and tries to take advantage. by looking at his stats I could realise that he is much likely to end the hand before the showdown even if he didn't hit so I make another attempt to take the pot showing extreme strength with my hand. he gives up

Hello Stevie8,

Preflop: Without even knowing the opponent and we are OOP I would strongly advice not to Call here. You are also deeper so you are putting yourself into a lot trouble. Also those stats don't tell much while you didn't even point out his 3bet nor hands sample.

As played
Postflop: Well yeah, you have to play back somehow and this might be one of those boards if you also were passive preflop.
