What hands would he play like that?

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.10/$0.25
9 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $50
UTG+1: $49.65
MP1: $30.45
MP2: $47.40
MP3: $23.90
Hero: $21.75
Button: $13.05
SB: $40
BB: $40.05

Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is CO with Q♦ K♠
UTG calls, 4 folds, Hero calls, Button folds, SB calls, BB checks.

Flop: Q♠ 4♣ 3♠ ($1, 4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets $0.75, Hero raises to $2, 2 folds, UTG raises to $7.25, Hero folds.
Uncalled bets: $5.25 returned to UTG.

Results:
Final pot: $5

My thoughts were only AA, KK, QQ, 33, 44. Couldn't think of any hands he'd play like this and would be behind me.

AA-QQ mostly don´t limp.
But some straight/flush combos would also play that way. (5s6s)
I like your fold to 3-bet, but I´d probably just call flop, since you have showdown value and you don´t want to play for stacks at that point.
And I like raising pf, since tag UTG limping range is probably:
22-TT. and if he is lag, then all kind of suited hands and high cards.
You have position and often you just can take the pot down with contibet, doesn´t matter if you hit or miss.
