$50.00 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players -

BTN: $51.68
Hero (SB): $90.97
BB: $34.70
UTG: $59.02
MP: $98.37
CO: $40.49

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is SB with T :diamond: T :club:
4 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BB calls $1

Flop: ($3.00) J :spade: 5 :diamond: 6 :spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $2.25, Hero calls $2.25

Turn: ($7.50) J :club: (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks

River: ($7.50) 3  (2 players)
Hero bets $3.00, BB raises to $12.50, Hero calls $9.50

BB

Now I think bet/fold flop/turn, ch/fold river would be better here.

As I played the hand, after his turn checkbehind I was pretty sure I have the best hand, but he could checkbehind some low PPs, Ace high if I check, so I bet small that could maybe induce a raise from him. Or is his river AFq just too low for that?

Hello pcfmcc02,

Don't get your point on betting the river? Rather Check/Call the river and let him Bet with missed draws than Bet/Call it off whilst the guy is even rather passive and with rather higher W$SD.

Best Regards.

Isn't our hand too weak, too vulnerable to use it as a bluffcatcher in this hand?

Well, would you want then just to Bet/Fold it instead vs the aggressive guy? :) And if so then why?

13% raise CB isn't that huge?
