I don't think it's a good idea, you are isolating CO with a rather weak hand.
If you want to steal I guess it would be fine if the blinds fold to steal alot 
Against someone who fold to cbets a high percentage of the time I think this is a decent line given you attack the blinds as well.

Depends a lot how the guy plays, if we assume we have decent fold equity then sure, but overall those hands as A2o play very bad in even isolated pots vs those guys who don't fold much.
