Heya!

I just started PLO today and I decided to post some hands here for feedback :)

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha, $0.05 BB (5 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB ($15.85)
UTG ($23.26)
MP ($4.31)
Hero (Button) ($10.68)
SB ($13.26)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8, 7, A, A
UTG bets $0.14, MP calls $0.14, Hero calls $0.14, SB raises to $0.75, BB calls $0.70, UTG calls $0.61, MP calls $0.61, Hero raises to $4.50, SB raises to $13.26 (All-In), 2 folds, MP calls $3.56 (All-In), Hero calls $6.18 (All-In)

Flop: ($27.17) 4, K, J (3 players, 3 all-in)

Turn: ($27.17) 6 (3 players, 3 all-in)

River: ($27.17) 9 (3 players, 3 all-in)

Total pot: $27.17 | Rake: $1

So in the SB we have a huuuge fish, he pots/3bets/4bets every single hand.

So my plan was to just call here and let the guy 3bet which he do, and then my plan was too pretty much 4bet/commit get it in.

Maybe I overvalued this hand? any thoughts and as I said just started PLO been playing NL hold em for long time :)

Thanks

AA is ahead all hands pre so getting it in is +EV

Only trouble is usually if a tight player joins its because they have AA.

If the villain has 5 6 7 8 He actually is getting in better if you both have AA (think AA = 30% 30% and the remaing 40% for villain.

Getting in pre is pretty standard though

If you want a general rule: Shoving aces preflop is always a good result.
