I'd never 3bet/fold with hands like TT JJ AQ IP... IP alone is worth playing most hands

But with deep stacks, without history, if the player open raise loose, we can take more value, when we 3bet, because our opponent would call our 3bet very often with worse hands.
And without history I think, he will have very small 4bet bluff range(in general if he have).
With smaller stacks(for example 40bb), if we can`t 3bet/push profitable, I think only call is better, because to make bluffs with this strong hand isn`t good option. And with stacks like 40b, he wouldn`t call our 3bet with a lot of weaker hands.

If Villain calls a lot of 3bet and 4bet only a tight range, 3bet/f > flat

Hi,

I would 3-bet that spot all sort of hands (also including AT+, 88+). Since you´re deep I don´t think he would 4-bet you back (unless you have some 3-bet/4-bet history) and most likely he would just calls or fold. Since I would also not make it larger than 300 I think you can also call 4-bet that spot if he makes around 600 (likely with aces or kings)

Nothing wrong with 3bet/folding. However if our opponent is somewhat competent, and doesn't call 3bets very often, then it is a huge waste of a hand to do it with. Plus we will risk folding with the best hand too often. If you are against a fish, you can definitely 3bet a wider value range, and fold the bottom parts of it.

Setmining vs the 4bet as Kaitz20 said is fine too, provided the price we get is good enough.
