so from now one this will be the thread for my coaching reviews where I'll give a short summary of my sessions and post interesting hands.
Usually my coaching is scheduled for Mondays, but b/c of the Euro-Football Champ. is was rescheduled for this Tuesday.
For this session I just decided to upload my session stats, I'm not going to make a screenshot every time but for once, so that the players who are unfamiliar with PT have an idea how it looks like.
So, small samplesize of course and the numbers are just for tendency purposes.
21/15 is a bit loose for FR games, 21 VPIP is ok if you feel good about your postflop-play, but 15 PFR is too high in general for FR games. However, for this particular session it's fine since I played a lot of HU and SH, caused by rather empty tables :).
These stats are pretty solid for 6max games btw.
One thing that points out here is the really high aggression factor. Compared to HoldemNL, your aggression should decrease a bit since you aren't cbetting as many boards and you won't be the preflop-aggressor in as many situations.
My aggression factor here is caused by that guy I played HU, who played very weak postflop which made me cbet almost 100% of the time of course.
In general, I'd advocate an overall aggression factor of anything between 2 and 4.

Pretty standard play preflop, aces don't get a lot better 
His flopplay is interesting, he has two queens so he can rep. the nutstaight pretty easy, but even in that case I just have to get it in here. I just call the flop to get value from his bluffs, he'd probably have folded his hand to a shove on the flop. I thought he pushed AI on the turn so I just called, the rest gets in on the river anyway. His idea on the flop is nice actually, if it was on purpose, but he has to give up on this turn since he'll be drawing dead like all the time.

This was the villain I was talking about earlier on, he played very weak postflop. Flopbet is standard for HU, esp. given a nitty opponent. On the turn I pretty much have no chance but betting out again, so the hand plays itself until the river. I could c/c, c/f, b/c or b/f.
c/c sucks since he only bets if he has it. c/f is very weak for a HU game, b/c is bad because all I have then is a bluff catcher, so I decided to b/f. A half PSB works out for that perfectly, no reason to pot it here. He just calls with the nuts which made me lol but nice hand anyway :).

This was the most interesting one in the session I think. I limp behind preflop since my hand has excellent multiway potential and I'll have position most of the time. I catch what is basically a dream flop for my hand, everyone checks to me and I bet out, 2 callers. At that point I actually don't put any of them on a set since AA** is unlikely because all the players love to pot it preflop, 55** is unlikely too since there are only two 5s left in the deck and besides all that, I think a set should lead or at least c/r this flop.
This is also an example to show a situation where a set is a big underdog, something Holdem-players are not used to.

On the turn I have even more outs, since I have a wrap now, too.
I'm exactly even in money against the set now, we both have ~42% equity now, the 3rd player has about 16% equity. All in all I think I played the hand well and unfortunately I lose the flip on the turn but thats poker
