Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $1(BB) Replayer
($179)
Hero ($156)

Dealt to Hero Q♣ J♥

Hero raises to $3, calls $2

FLOP ($6) A♣ 6♠ T♠

checks, Hero bets $4, calls $4

TURN ($14) A♣ 6♠ T♠ K♦

checks, Hero bets $10.50, raises to $35, , Hero?

villain is just some unknown tagish player, no reads.

Would you just ship it here right away, or make a smaller raise and ship any river?

i think you can even make an argument for flatting the raise and then shipping on all non pairing and flush rivers.

Raising small allows you to continue having air in your range so you are more polarized to QJ and air. Shipping makes it possible for you to have stuff like KsQs and maybe some overplayed 2pairs or sets?

Kind of a tough spot, I think I would just raise it to 65

Hello axelphoney,

Shipping makes our hand rather face up towards 2pairs+ here, so not a huge fan of it. I'd rather make a small 3bet and try to induce him either to come along or go over the top and shove himself.

Though the idea of calling wouldn't be bad either if we assume his Check/Raising range there is wide. Whilst as you say he is unknown I guess I'd end up 3betting the turn and getting it in.

Best Regards.
