I would fold preflop, fold to the 3 bet and fold the flop. :f_frown:

This is a really bad starting hand. One litmus test I often use is ask yourself this question: "If the hand was unsuited, would you still play it?" and the answer would be no. There are just not enough good flops for this hand and this is a perfect example of such a bad flop (where you catch a tiny piece of the board, but not enough to justify shoving).

Against a random 4 cards you are flipping a coin.
