Preflop: Easy fold? :P Your ace is hardly dominated, you ain't hit often enough and once you do you will rarely even be very good.

only thing going for you is his small sizing but i think his range is too tight. Maybe if his 3bet range in blind vs BU is something like 12% or more I might consider defending this. You also need to take into account his postflop tendencies and if he's weak you can defend lighter.

I don't knwo too much about his flop tendencies, I just know he cbets a lot.
