SB bets $0.12, Hero raises for $0.34, SB raises for $0.90, Hero folds

The villain had been pretty tight up to this point (about 30 hands) so not sure if I should have raised his bet. My guess was he had a set.

Welcome to the English NL Hand Evaluation Forum! Hopefully we will see more hands from you in the future. I hope that with our help you can improve your play and as well move up the limits. We will be waiting for the next hands and till that good luck on tables!

Already raising is kinda questionable there cause we may build up the pot too much. We can easily be trapped there as well. I might even play it way ahead/behind and reevaluate the turn. Though if we do raise then we have standard Raise/Fold there, we can't really raise/Broke vs tight opponent as you say.
