I'd like to ask to experienced NL SH players:

What stats do you think are excellent for TAG and LAG players??

in random order:
VPIP, PFR, 3Bet%, Foldto3bet%, Squeeze%, ATS, Cbet%, FoldToCbet%, 2nd Barrel%, Foldto2ndBarrel%, WTSD, Check/raise flop%, foldSBtoSteal%, foldBBtoSteal%, AF

against good tags/lags and over a big sample size, 4bet% and foldto4bet% are useful too

I think he meant the values for that. ;)
I don't recommend to play lag, so I just tell you for tag.
And still it depends on which limits you play.
VPIP: ~18
PFR: ~15
WTSD:~26
AF: ~2.5 - 3.0
ATS: ~ 30
Fold SB to steal: ~91
Fold BB to steal: ~88

This is just a direction. You don't have to have exactly these stats. I suggest to play this style up to NL100.

Best regards,

I see...

I was up 3Bi first week with SH and now I'm in a big downswing... 5BI lost in one sigle day. It's incradible how big are the SH swings.

In 1.2k hands (I know it's a small sample size) my stats are:

VP$IP: 15.2
PFR: 12.9
WTSD: 24.5
ATS: 22.0
Fold SB to steal: 91.6
Fold BB to steal: 91.2

Too tight? (BTW, I play NL20 SH, and they shove with any2...)

These swings crushed me! =(

you may be playing a little too tight, but I'm not sure, I never played Nl20sh...btw, 5BI swings are nothing.. if you can get used to 10+BI swings on a regular basis, then you'll be fine ;)

OMG Don't say that... :baby: ahhhhhhh 10 BIs...

They shove with any single hand. I think I must play tighter than usual. Maybe if one day I get used to these 10 BI swings I loosen-up.

Well, 10 on a regular basis.. you will get 15+BI downs every now and then :)

It was a fun -3k wheeeeeee

oops yeah sorry I probably was a little tired

swiss could you post lifetime graph (NL100 and above ?)

it's not exactly lifetime since I lost my old DB ~mid march, but this is NL200 and half my NL100 hands... doesn't really matter that the rest isn't there since I was a donk till ~hand 11k :)

I believe the word you are looking for is "swongs"

I think you can play that tight on nl20SH.
But, you only got 22%ATS, should be higher!

I tried some nl25sh last week, played 11k hands with stats:
VP$IP 16
PFR 13
ATS 27
WTSD 25.7
F SB 91
F BB 86 (3-bet a bit light to some players that got very high ATS..)
Total AF: 3.23

11k hans with 5.7bb/100

omg sick heater at 44K, nice subsequent downswing too

but you're not having 10BI swings that often though (I count 1 at the end)

one -15BI, and a lot of ~-5bi swings, but that's a very small sample, there'll be more ;)
