Do I want to 3barrel against a person who could easily call with middle pps?

Hi,

my line would be:
b/c flop- don´t think he raises me too often, but nevertheless I don´t give him credit if he decides to min-raise
c/c or c/rturn- don´t think I get too much value out of worse hands, so I would rather induce bet from worse hands- if he bets less than half the pot I feel m ahead and likely would just c/r turn for value.
c/c river- I have showdown value and he may bet for value with worse hands, so after c/c turn I would usually also c/c river

Often turn might go check/check- then I would valuebet any river card

You can also take be flop, bet turn, check river or bet/bet/bet line, but unless player is complete calling station I don´t think you get called too often with worse hands and I would rather try to induce bluffs some Ax or Kx floats
