Looks good to me. When they don't cap, they're probably on draws.

I mean why do we pat here? I don't see the concept behind it. Do we pat here with all our draws? Or do we pat here just because of the blockers (not a bad idea, but I'd need far more than 3 broadways, and probably a weaker draw, like KQJT or something), also will our draw 1 range consist of only 2pair or better here? Or I'll go further... if we pat everything here, that has equal or worse equity than this hand against their dr1 ranges, don't we massively overpat here? Sounds probelmatic to me.

Also you're IP, you can watch the action unfold before you, and you can easily bluff if they check to you. I don't see the reason to not draw 1 here at all.
