where's the value in 3-betting an obvious fish with a weak hand? J9s is good for re-steals, other than that I wouldn't 3-bet with it

isolating, with a playable/decent hand, in position.
Though table to play at.
I´d fold J9s pf. Often players 4-bet you, since you´re trying to isolate player and don´t know how profitable is 5-bet at that table.
Fishes that call too much require playing more value hands - I just muck and wait for a hand to stack them.
