My reasoning for betting that flop so small was super bad...how would you play the hand? Would you 4bet pf oop? I know that some regs dont 3bet oop even ds AA** when not connected...As played I really did not want to give up on this flop, So pot and call to maybe scare away non-nut fdraw could be a best play... ?

4 bet preflop is great.

However your flop bet is terrible. You're pricing in all your opponents who have weak draws as well as all the players who will stack off anyway with strong draws.

Go ahead and pot the flop, it's pretty dry other than the flush draw so I don't see any reason not to get it in here.
