Villain was a fish. I probably have to get it in on the turn since I have the redraw, was hesitant in game because I was afraid of a stronger redraw (villain was unknown). Do we get it in on the turn vs competent villain as well?

I would bet/raise/shove turn. You have nuts with redraw...

If villain is a fish, why are you betting this flop?

Fishes love to call and even a range of any 4 cards has you in trouble. Please check the flop.

Turn: I really like repopping here since you have a strong redraw. River sucks and I don't think you can get off the hand, so a check/call is fine as I don't see fish calling with worse than king high straight if you bet given your turn 3 bet (if you played it correctly).
