Tough spot. From small preflop 3bet ("I have monster but I don't want you to fold") and over pot-sized flop bet ("board is drawheavy, need to protect my hand") I'd say he might have KK, AA. Of course this being NL2 you can never be sure.
Even though you get odds of 3/14 preflop and you have position I might still consider folding this 3gapper hand. On flop I'd like to raise/fold or raise/ship it depending on my mood ♦.
