Hi guys , the other day ,my pokerstars account was closed because apparently I used the same deposit method or logged into the lobby the same way as some multi-accounter did . So they locked my account and are asking me to send my driving license and and some sort of bill to proove that I live where I live . Is it safe to send theese documents via email , and does PokerStars normally ask you for theese documents ? thanks in advance !

It is safe. That is standard procedure that you must go through on almost every poker room.

Hey there

It should be safe, however if you feel uneasy about it then email support@pokerstars.com yourself and double check that they have asked for these documents :) They usually reply within a couple of hours so you shouldn't be waiting too long.

Good luck
Carl
