In my opinion this is good hand.Do you have any stats for him?
This is fight two big stakes and often he can play with each face.
This minraise was suspicious,but in this hands I go all in with this cards(you haven't any information about him).

I'd play the same way. There's a lot of pressure due to the shortstacks and he can easily try a light 3-bet here to put the pressure on you, and AK is very strong here.

I agree with the above. Pretty unlucky situation but with 20bbs we get it in facing this bet.
