I have a query about a sum I deposited recently, and I am unsure what email adress to direct this to as MB's site is not very helpful in this regard...
Basically I deposited some money sending BGN (bulgarian currency) and used the exchange rate of the bank that holds their acc (raiffeisen) and I got like 50+ dollars more, I just want to verify where this not small difference comes from.

As this is account specific question, only Skrill will be able to tell you more about the transaction history (exchange rate etc...).

I ve been got this exp 2 years ago when I try to deposit and withdraw EUR from my poker acc to my USD mb, that is hurt with 1.5-2% every time
After that I try sync all money to USD. These day I'd love to play at Paddy Power Poker but old problem happen.
some of my friend using Moneybooker many and they got VIP status, then they got multi currency at MB, that would be helpful with 1% and 0.5e cap
note that there is no way to make USD acc to EUR acc

@ Ingrid - I wouldve sent email but all their 'support' tabs direct customers to some FAQ pages... I couldnt find an email adress that I can send to..
@ChitheoKOto- it is more like 2.5% with me... Well from now on I would be sending only in $ from or to poker room so hopefully I wouldnt be a subject to any more taxation...

So basically my incompetence and teh bank employee that helped me make teh deposit got me screwed with 3 BI...
MB exchange rate is like any other exchange rate only with the added tax of 2.49%... So it is wise to convert the currency in your own bank first and then send to MB in the currency that your account is based on (now that I read my post I feel really dumb for not doing taht..)
