What is the reccomended number of buyins for MTT with 360 players?
Does the fact that a tournament is turbo change the ammount of buyins you need for that level of poker tournament?

The turbo factor adds more veriance, so yes IMO you should have more buyins available. I think 85-100 buyins would be my choice.
