Villain is 48/22 over 69 hands (not sure I had all that info when the hand was played though - it's a few days old)

Is a river raise best here? If so, bet/fold?

imo raise/fold. raise to ~90 and fold to a push.

I don't see value in a raise. he is 48/22 so he probably would have 3bet AQ/AK, and he doesn't call w/ worse.
your hand is essentially a bluffcatcher here.

you don't put him on possible worse Ax type hands? 48/22 is really loose!

I would raise for value. A guy like that usually doesn't slowplay a set or better. It's possible he was just floating with A high and made a pair on the river. Wouldn't make it too big though, 90 or so.

By betting 34$ he could easily show here 35. Don´t think that when he´d call your raise, you´re ahead 50%.

I agree he is loose, but him slightly overbetting with Ax is a bluff here, at least imo. He would be largely overrepping his hand, and definitely wouldn't call a raise.

what do you think of min-raising the river?

He's bad, so yes, he will.

Do you have any river AF stats? I don't like his overbet because its most likely a bluff or a monster. Hence, I tend to call; however, River AF and WTS may help.
