This question is about if someone joins a table and pays the BB out of turn. How do I raise then? Do I count them as a limper? What if they haven't acted yet?

yeah thats what I do, I was just curious what everyone else did... how'd you do in the tourny btw?
got through about half the field, started off not bad, got some really solid hands, flopping TPTK,sets, 2pairs and getting paid off
but then i got QQ and pushed a shortstack all-in and he rivered a straight with Q,Jo.
That hand really hurt me and i was just carddead for the rest of the torny.
Good experience though. really enjoyed it.

Do you know what place you had to be to get ITM?
I think it startes around 2700 or something like that. half the field was gone after 1hr30mins.
so really its a pretty fishy tournament but chris moneymaker was playing, silly guy pushed with i think Q,8 and got called my QQ, hahaha
