Not that easy to get this one into the goal. ^^

I haven't followed ice hockey since I quit. Is there still players using the alliminium sticks? TBH the worst invention ever IMO.

Being a hockey fan in general not only the leafs. Leafs have sucked for years and will continue to suck because they can. The building is sold out for every game all boxes are soldout so the they can put a bunch of sub par players and has beens, pay less and make more for their bottom line.

The teachers pension plan has controling interest and thats all they care about. Until the leafs get a ower group that cares more for winning than the bottom line they will continue to stink on the ice. Its all smoke and mirrors.

Any sane person would stay away from the ACC and not pay the prices they charge for tickets until they prove they deserve the fan base they have. Most people go because they think its a status symbol. Its these same people that allow them to continue their ways.

Take Montreal fans for an ex: do you really think they would put up with the BS Toronto fans have. No way in hell they would revolt and not go to watch if they weren't putting a good competitive team on the ice.

Toronto fans wake up!

I'm sure I could actually manage to not stop it if I was the goalie ^^

<-- [ ] good at hockey

So, do they still use the alliminium sticks?

there might still be aluminum sticks out there but the majority is graphite or wood. Aluminum has no spring to it like graphite or wood which makes horrible for slap shots. and they break alot easier then graphite since there is no give to them.

I love that photo - it should be on the front page of the sports section!

I've lived in Toronto for 30 Stanley Cupless years - after living in Montreal during the glorious LaFleur, Shutt, Dryden dynasty. Just a horrible horrible experience being a die hard hockey fan in T.O.... I even submitted a song for the Anthem Challenge - hope it makes it!

Sundin not starting the season - instead he's a spokesman for.. POKERSTARS??

i live in toronto and its funny to see the number of fans rushing the downtown streets to watch toronto lose.

no baseball wins, no hockey wins, no nba wins........ not even wsop wins?? :(

Flames fan for life :)

Senators fan here. Caught the pittsburgh/toronto game the other night. Toronto players are actually scoring on there own goalie, LoL. Think its going to be a long year for toronto fans. The two teams played again tonight in toronto. I wanted to place a bet on partybets, but no the site was down for maintenance. In the second period toronto was up 3-1 and thinking I probably saved some money tonight by not betting. Toronto ends up losing 5-4. Thanks partybets.
