Would be nice if you imported the hand. 
Very difficult to read it.
Preflop: Fold it rather right here to avoid complicated decisions, don't even see what stack other guy has. Hope you are BTN.

Postflop: Bet/Fold it. Don't see any reason to continue even if he just min-raises you.

yah Im pretty sure either he is from CO or BU here.. dont see him raising here in any other position..

Makes sense as long it's SH. Though as said you should try using normal hand which is converted.
