I've been waiting for 7 days, sent the ID twice mentioning that it's not in english in the first time, and then on the second time I was asked to send a better image, do it take like 48 hours just to reply to an email or what?
someone PLEASE help out!

Hi He5ham,
have you send your ID to security@pokerstrategy.com from the e-mail you signed up with? If not, please do so and enter "ID Check He5ham" as subject. If you already did that please be a little bit more patient, it might take some time till the support processed the ID check due to many requests at the moment. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
