Hmm isn't there somebody you can ask in the Philippines you can ask? Friends, family etc?

Maybe your local tax office would be the best place to find out? Or I am sure there is an online service that you can use?

yeah i asked the municipality and they do not know.
maybe i'll ask the national bureau of internal revenue.
