I'm going to take a stab at this and say with the limpers and minraiser/caller before you, you can push this preflop. You are going to be committed on any flop pretty much if you get even one caller, so you want your QQ to be worth as much as possible.

I agree; u CAN push this Preflop. Quenstion remains. Do you want to push it, or are you confident enough to play your Hand on the flop.

I´ll take a guess and say u decided Pre-Flop to push, if there wouldn´t be a Overcard so you just Reraised Preflop. This is not a mistake imo

Problem is, you got yourself a 3-way-pot and MP2 did raise Preflop. Given this Board i think u have to give up.

Funny Thing is, if you expect UTG+1 to call a first Raise also, he would be the Second Opponent to call, ergo your ReRaise-Size would be 3*20+20+20=1$ and this is half of your stack. -> AI

Of course you can push preflop, but it's not necessary.
However, you can't go all-in on this flop against 2 players.
A and K are a huge part of their range, so you're very likely to be beat here.

So you could either push preflop and let them make a wrong decision by calling with Ax or Kx.
Or you raise to $0.80 as you did, but then you'll have to fold it with 2 overcards on the flop.

again, same logics applies
you are oop, you are commited -> you push
