Flop: ($1.00) 7♣ J♦ 5♠ (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP2 checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($1.00) 2♦ (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP2 bets $0.95, Hero raises to $3.80

SB:loose passive,BB ?,MP2 seems one of the better players.

How to play the flop and turn?

When MP2 bet the turn I felt that he was not value-betting and that the early position players would probably go away if I raised.

i'd mix it up between a call and a fold in your spot. you have a king high flush draw and an overpair, both of which are not particularly strong hands. in position, i wouldn't mind sticking around with the king high flush draw, but raising is definitely overplayed, imo

The reason why i raised was because I fail to see with what hands villain checks the flop and bets the turn other than FD's +. Most of this range he folds and some of it I am even ahead. When the action comes to me on the turn there is $2 in the pot and $5 behind.

To grossly quote Jeff Hwang's book: especially at low-limit PLO and when you're starting off, just play your hand in multi-way pots; if an opponent bets, just assume he has a hand.
Besides, even if you ignore that, there are a few hands he could have; 55xx, 22xx, 89Tx, 468x, 689x, etc... or simply the nut flush draw, with or without another hand

Not poker nor any fun IMO but a reasonable idea at PL$25.

Villain was betting a dry set of twos (against which I had 28% equity). Perhaps villain could be a nit after all.

and I agree with that. I'd just call, you do have some equity against any possible holding but there is no sense in raising.
