Without reads - IMHO easy one What hands can You beat there? Even simple 2 pair still is favorite, against any other non-bluff - big underdog.

Maybe only one hand I can c You could beat - As T. But most of a times You will face small flush there, being afraid You have bigger spade and can draw him out on river. IMHO

I agree that this looks like a small flush, and bet/fold is fine here.

If you have reads on the guy, and you know that he is likely to play this way when on a draw, an alternative can be to check behind this turn, and see whether you improve to the flush on the river yourself. Your 3rd nuts can be the winner then.

Its a clear check behind on the turn: one of the obvious draws arrived. If he has a straight draw, he only has 5 Outs now. You have 4 Outs to a straight and 9 Outs to a flush, so bet/folding may cost you a ton of equity in the hand. Further, the check behind may induce a bluff on the river.
