From around 22:00 until 00:30 UK time I must have lost connection 50 times, my internet service was still working and nothing else had problems.
It sucked so bad, I was in a tournament and it cost me 1st place. Every time I lost connection I had to wait. Sometimes I reconnected only to be dealt a hand then disconnect again before I could make a decision.
The other players were getting disconnected too but I lost quite a lot of blinds.
As usual support "had no reports of problems".
It was a nightmare, glad I was not playing on cash where there is now no disconnection protection available.

had a similar problem where i lost connection (not unusual for 770) but then turns out my internet is still running perfectly fine. however i couldn't get back in to the poker tournament i was enjoying.
770 let me back in about 60-70 minutes later in time to see my last big blind take my final chips.
all i've heard from 770 is that the problem was at my end when it clearly wasn't.
i wont be back with them which is a shame as the quality of their tournaments and cash game options are really good.
Nothing last night on 770 while I was playing, but there have been problems with 770 on a few evenings over the last month.
Those were DEFINITELY 770 problems, because the internet was running smoothly under my crashed 770 screen. On one of those occasions, I was sufficiently steamed to fire off an e-mail to 770 support, asking for my buy-in to be returned.
I was close to the money in an SNG, was dealt AA, and was disconnected before the software 'recognised' the all-in I had most definitely clicked at my end! To give 770 its due, I had my buy-in refunded.
The logic is irresistible: if they take the table away, how can you be expected to play on it? However, logic and economics are different things. This was one buy-in in a $1.20 micro. I can see the potential for resistance to refunds if the site is confronted with a squad of high-stakes hard-core players, all howling for the return of their megabucks.
Is there a dedicated connection from Pokerstrategy to Poker770 support?
I contacted them cause due to a connection/software problem (around 2012. october 24. 12:20 CEST) I was not able to play a hand in a tournament, and I'm waiting for their feedback since 4 days.
If you could ask them about a status and try to get them to do their work it would be great!
