BB donks 3 BB and I insta ship 
BB has leaks HU, and is more on the passive side
I have been playing very aggresive HU, re-shipping many flops.
Given my style of play, I think my opponent must put me on an over-pair, 6 with K/A , flush draw and maybe some straight draws. I don't think he puts me on a 3 as it's very unlikely I would play it that way
I know I missed a ton of value using this line. How bad do you think this move was?

Very bad, the timing and also the shove I think are bad. I much prefer calling the flop or raising the flop small. Risk:reward is bad here so you should also never be bluffing (for this sizing). Even if you have been bluffing for this sizing, it is unnecessary to balance in this situation with your nutted hands.
