Is your opponent tight/loose? Tight player might have many 2-pair combos there, even straights, as well as loose player could have them too. Unless your opponent isn't a total fish who could call to the end w Kx, I'd c/f turn+river as played.

First of all 3x+1bb size minimum for 3bet PF.

PostFlop, you might think this si nity but i think it's one of the safest and best way to go on that board... bet flop, check/fold turn.Why? Simply because there are just too many combination of hands that beat yours... you should also realize that after you call the turn there will be no check check river, almost never, villain is not full stack, but it's not +ev to stick in 70BB on that board with AA. :)
