yep good fold, you should probably fold after one raise even, but definitely after the 2nd you're only playing AA/KK/QQ here. Wrong section btw, post sng/mtt hands in the sng hands section 
As soon as I posted I knew it was in the wrong thread. I guess it's the tiredness getting to me ♦
Of course its right play to fold there. Blinds are low, can afford to wait for better spots (unless your stack is like 150 chips). Rise, then rerise push and call indicate great strength. Sometimes you get stupid players like opponents in your case but its rare and you shouldnt think about it much.
And just because flop was good for your hand doesnt mean it was bad fold. Folding preflop 72o to a shove doesnt get worse or better if flop is AAA or 777. Its still correct play no matter what.
