tight passive fish 16/1/0.8/72 filtered for 5-6 handed

can i ever call this bittersweet river? dont think so (look at his aggression), just checking :)

the only hands he may do that with that i have beat are maybe some strong Kings (KT-KQ lets say) or some premium pockets (TT-QQ) that he was 'trapping' with and on the river tries to make up for the value he missed on earlier. dont think thats gonna be as much as 33% of his range here to make it a call, right?

Oke, so u have a few options.

He could be trap heavy, so I wouldn't feel very comfy shoving pre although it depends on his SB high blind limp. You can also raise pre and end it there-like make it 940 or so. He's never calling. But I think that would be more appropriate vs some decent reg who will be either limp/stabbing here or trapping.

However, as played, I bet flop the way u did and we could even possible barrel this turn as well, just a lil less than half pot, so he folds 2x, maybe even some better 3x, he prolly doesn't have 5x and we charge him for his draws + we get to a free showdown, not that I would expect a guy like this to bluff missed rivers, but it's possible.

As played- ofc, I fold river.

I am checking this always preflop versus this villain. He can be limp-calling way too many hands here imo.

16/1 passive fish never calling small raise preflop? Would heavily doubt that. Versus reg ok play.

Yep, that's why I noted it's more appropriate vs regs. I would also check here, just giving him an additional option for the future.
