Zoom 10 - flopped nuts on dynamic board

To be fair im getting this in on the flop. Vs Top set we are 62% and vs a random flush draw we are 60%.

I'm just learning this game though so don't listen to me ♦

Think it's ok to just call the flop and then get it in on any non-spade / non-doubled card OTT...

hmm, i think playing here like you did is definitely a +ev play. the question is whether calling f and shoving turn is a more +ev play. i wouldn't exactly know how to do this comparison, so could someone (coach?) show me how to do it please?

Yep, the question really is whether calling flop and shoving a blank turn is better. When I do take that line, should it be with the plan to fold if the board pairs or the flush hits on the turn and he fires again?

I'm happy enough to have got it in here for a hundred BBs with a redraw to a better straight.

It's fine to both shove the flop and also wait for a blank turn. The main issue to think about is whether your opponent will shove a flush draw as easily on the turn as on the flop. If he will, then wait for the turn, otherwise shove the flop.

You want the odds to be in your favour as much as possible, but if villain doesn't stack off on the turn then you miss out on a lot of value.

I guess we can wait for turn if we know villain will still get his money in on a blank card but if we dont have this info im always getting it in on the flop
