Turn shove vs his reraise should be good. If u call his turn r.raise then u should call his river bet on blank as well.

If we shove the turn vs his reraise we will isolate ourselves against better hands. We have a lot of outs against these hands, however that is because we have an absolute monster draw. If we instead call, we get to keep in hands that our made hand itself is ahead of. So I prefer calling turn. You are right about the river.
