This is what I get when I try to transfer my funds into poker chips on Unibet:
"Transfer failed because of transfer limit violation."
I just made account there and transferred some money on the Unibet website, unfortunately it doesn't let me exchange the money into poker chips, I tried just transferring 1 euro but still gives me this: "Transfer failed because of transfer limit violation."

I've read a similar story to this before regarding Unibet and the after the user contacted support they where told that some ID was needed to be sent to them, this may also be the case with you.
Your best way of finding out the issue would be to contact Unibet, see their Contact Us page for Live chat, Phone, Fax & Email.
