Results:

Spoiler

$16.25 pot ($0.73 rake)
Final Board: A T 7 Q 9
Hero showed 7 T 8 4 and won $15.52 ($7.52 net)
BB showed J 5 T 8 and lost (-$8 net)

I bet turn plan to triple barrel.
Fortunately I completed draw, but I think it is difficult to extract further value here.
It is better to small bet for thin value?

Think it's better to pot turn...

Why would you pot turn? What's the reasoning behind it?

@OP: no info on opponent?

opponent will never put you on a backdoor flush here, it's an easy value bet otr. as for bet sizing, you have to bet the same amount as you'd bet as a bluff.

I like a turn check to be honest. You have showdown value with bottom 2 pair, but you have picked up a flush draw. I would be worried about that turn card because if villain is calling the flop with a nut flush draw he may have hit a gutshot straight on the turn.

Once you bet the turn however, you must follow through with a big bet on the river. The backdoor flush draw looks dodgy, so villain might put you on a busted heart draw and make a hero call with any number of possible straights.

Most people would check a straight on this river so your betting range would be nuts or nothing (it's good to widen this range to non nut flushes as well).
