Hero (BB): $97.53 (97.5 bb)
CO: $103.27 (103.3 bb)
BTN: $96 (96 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K J
2 folds, SB completes, Hero raises to $4.50, SB calls $3.50

Flop: ($9) 2 K Q (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $6, SB raises to $27, Hero calls $21

Turn: ($63) A (2 players)
SB bets $53.38 and is all-in, Hero folds

Results:

$63.00 pot ($3.49 rake)
Final Board: 2 K Q A
SB mucked and won $59.51 ($28.01 net)
Hero mucked K J and lost (-$31.50 net)

Oppo is a fish 78/13 on 200 hands and for the game flow I thought he was in bluff/semibluff or he has a lower K. What to do with this turn? Becuase it close some of his draws but also it his a scared card for me so maybe I can go broke anyway. On the flop I just called to keep his range wide and because I have the J of spades which can block some fd

Hello BruceLee89,

Keeping his range wide on the flop and calling is still fine. Though that's the problem whilst doing that -> we have to lay down on those draw-complete type of cards and whilst the guy will have enough of Ax holdings we have to make the crying fold.

Also another thing which you have to pay attention is how passive/aggressive he is, which is actually the most important factor here to base our line on the flop.

He's pretty aggressive but I don't feel good to play for all my stack in this situation

What you must still understand that in the end the Ace actually rather helps his range than he is using it as bluff-card. :)
