Preflop: Hero is MP with A 5
Hero raises to $0.75, 2 folds, SB calls $0.65, BB folds

Flop: ($1.75) 5 3 8 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($1.75) Q (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: ($1.75) A (2 players)
SB bets $1.67, Hero raises to $4.25, SB raises to $9, Hero ?

How does my two pair on river looks like now? Is it a mistake rising this river? :rolleyes:

i would consider cbetting flop with 2ndp/tk + bdfd/sd

as played i would probably raise fold the river vs such a passive opponent. there certainly is value vs AJ-A9 type hands, but when we get clicked back it seems a lot like an A3/A8/ some slowplayed sets and i would be inclined to fold

Hello ferdy81,

Flop: Bet the flop already yourself whilst you could even do it for value vs draws/overcards.

As played
River: Raise/Fold it cause clearly I wouldn't expect him to be 3betting many worse hands in those spots. We also have rather little combos beat if at all.
