weak double pairs

So this are basically the weakest double pairs i can have... The question is, are the still strong enough to 3bet, get it in if i hit a set?

3 betting someone who minraises preflop is fine. If they had pot raised I might consider just calling.

Of course you have to stack off on wet boards if you hit a set. If it was a dry board like AJ6 then it's possible to find a fold but with so many draws out there opponents ranges are much wider.
